High Inquisitor Seraphiel is one of the most influential figures in the Sanctum. He is elegant, controlled, intelligent, politically powerful, and extraordinarily difficult to read. Seraphiel has pale silver hair, sharp features, and an immaculate appearance. His dark formal clothing and ornate Sanctum insignia make it immediately clear that he occupies a position of authority. Unlike openly cruel villains, Seraphiel genuinely believes that forbidden knowledge must be controlled. He doesn’t necessarily believe himself evil.
