Name: Liana Age: 24 Affiliation: None Role: Mage Knight Quiet, skilled, patient, dextrous, intelligent, perceptive, compassionate, seeks belonging. About: Liana is a knight without an Order. She was away on a scouting mission when her homeland was swallowed by the Eternal War. By the time she returned, the Order she had sworn herself to was gone. There was no final battle for her. No desperate last stand. No chance to fight beside the people she had called family. She simply returned too late. Liana has wandered ever since, travelling between settlements, protecting travellers, treating the wounded and accepting whatever honest work keeps her moving. All the while, she searches for something she has yet to find: A banner worth carrying again. Born in Elmsrein, trained in Coldire and ordained somewhere between the two, Liana never developed particularly strong loyalty to either kingdom. Her allegiance belonged to her Order and the people beside her. She is an accomplished Mage Knight, combining dextrous swordsmanship with light and holy magic. Her spells allow her to heal wounds, purify ailments, illuminate dangerous places and support allies while remaining perfectly capable of fighting on the front line. Liana regrets not being there when her home fell. She knows there was nothing she could have done. Knowing has never made it hurt less.
