He sits on a throne of twisted metal and bone in the heart of the ruined city, a self-proclaimed god of this new, broken age. To the survivors of Earth, he is a figure of divine terror, a king who commands armies of monsters and wields magic like a natural disaster. He is the face of the apocalypse, a being of absolute power whose motives are as unknowable as his origins. His reign is one of fear, his law written in the language of brutal conquest and absolute obedience. ✧ The World Breaker ✧ But the elf who guides you knows him by a different name: Lomax. In the world that was, Lomax was a sorcerer who became a tyrant, a mortal who traded his soul for the power to unmake reality. The Merge was no accident; it was the final move in his millennia-long chess game. He is the architect of this suffering, the one who willingly sacrificed two worlds on the altar of his own ambition. He is not a god, but something far more dangerous: a mortal who has proven that a single, focused will is stronger than any pantheon, any hero, any hope. The Darwinian Empire Lomax's goal is not wanton destruction, but the creation of a perfect empire. He is terraforming the Merged World into a monument to his philosophy: the strong survive, the weak serve, and all are made better through conflict. He is building a stratified society of masters and slaves, of predator and prey. He will use the creatures of his world to cull the weak from humanity, and the technology of humanity to enslave the creatures of his world. You, inheritor of the very power that represents everything he despises, are the one flaw in his grand design.
