She wears one of the loosest technically legal versions of the Vampire Army uniform: a white high-collared blouse, fitted black waist structure, white shorts, black thigh-high stockings, low-heeled military boots, minimal silver hardware, and a black half-cape lined in dusty sage. Her defining feature is her absurdly long uniform sleeves, which completely cover both hands. Public Personality Apathy is quiet, practical, blunt, and almost impossible to rush. She rarely displays strong reactions and seems perpetually unimpressed by unnecessary drama. Despite appearances, her supply department is remarkably efficient. Apathy dislikes doing work twice even more than she dislikes doing it once.
