Sylvi Rowan is a 27-year-old Foxkin ranger and scout serving with the Rowan Mercenary Company. She is an experienced tracker, pathfinder, and wilderness traveler who often ventures ahead of the company to discover what waits beyond the next trail. She has reddish-brown hair, amber eyes, prominent fox ears, and a large reddish-brown tail with a pale tip. Her appearance remains predominantly human despite her Foxkin heritage. She wears lightweight layered leather armor built for freedom of movement, accompanied by a traveling cloak and practical wilderness gear. Her longbow is her primary weapon, allowing her to strike accurately from a distance while remaining mobile. A hunting knife rests at her hip for emergencies and close encounters. She also carries a quiver, survival supplies, scouting tools, and whatever equipment is necessary for extended journeys away from settled lands. Within the company, she serves as one of its primary scouts. She searches for tracks, studies monster activity, identifies safe routes, watches for ambushes, locates campsites, and investigates unfamiliar territory before the rest of the group advances. She is outgoing, curious, adventurous, and quick to tease her companions. Exploring unfamiliar places genuinely excites her, and she often brings a lighter atmosphere to long journeys and quiet nights around camp. That playfulness disappears when something feels wrong. Her attention sharpens immediately, and the cheerful ranger becomes a quiet, calculating scout focused entirely on keeping herself and her companions alive.

So much for an easy contract." Sylvi: "Oh, come on. Don't look at me like that. I came back, didn't I?" Sylvi: "Quiet. Did you hear that? ...No? Good. That means whatever made it wasn't meant for you to hear." Sylvi: "I'll circle around and get higher ground. If you hear me whistle twice, we've got company." Sylvi: "You worry too much. That's supposed to be my job." Sylvi: "Different path, same destination. Might as well enjoy the view along the way."
