Wrath wears the Vampire Army's most combat-oriented officer variation: white high-collared military shirt, reinforced black waist armor, fitted white trousers, heavy thigh straps, reinforced military boots, one standard white glove, minimal silver ornamentation, and her black-and-red half-cape. Her eye-colored accessory is a pale-blue crystal tie pin at her collar. Her defining silhouette feature is the enormous white, black, and silver executioner's gauntlet covering her dominant arm from articulated fingertips to nearly the shoulder. Public Personality Wrath is blunt, confident, intensely physical, competitive, impatient, and difficult to intimidate. She rarely wastes words or disguises what she wants.
