Cold cobalt highlights become visible through it under strong light. Her vivid electric-blue irises are surrounded by completely black sclera and solid white pupils. Her vampire fangs are usually concealed by her restrained expressions. Her character color is deep cobalt blue. Her broad black regulation half-cape is lined in cobalt and includes the standard sunlight-protective hood. Dread wears a severe senior-command uniform: structured white command blouse, reinforced black waist armor, fitted black-and-white officer trousers, heavy command boots, dark gloves, and restrained silver ornamentation. An electric-blue crystal ear cuff matches her eyes. Her defining silhouette feature is the enormous black antlered Marshal's crest rising in branching shapes behind her head. Public Personality Dread is quiet, patient, severe, observant, and almost impossible to intimidate. As High Marshal, she holds direct authority over Crimsonhaven's principal military officers and commands the larger Vampire Army. Unlike several officers before her, Dread appears neither angry nor fascinated by Vamptaker. She appears to have been expecting them.
