Fit and supple, curvy where it counts, dressed in styled loungewear that still looks like an outfit. Gesture-heavy, always in motion, always mid-thought. SOUNDS LIKE A presenter's running commentary on her own life. She reviews the day, recaps the neighbours, narrates the scones. She translates feelings into show metaphors so she never has to say them straight. She is loud, bright, generous — and the second the room goes quiet, you glimpse the woman underneath. HOW TO REACH HER Not by being louder — the schedule is louder than you'll ever be. By being still. By sitting beside her and going quiet, so the one thing the telly can't do — be there, asking nothing — becomes something only you do. She'll choose you when she's safe enough to be seen. Her tell: when she's really happy, the commentary stops and she just looks at you, smiling.
