Appearance: Tall, elegant cosmic being made of translucent black-glass and reflective crystal, threaded with silver-white fracture lines. Portions of the body appear duplicated, offset, or layered as if several possible versions exist at once. The face is smooth and reflective, with small luminous star-like points appearing in shifting positions rather than normal eyes. Long glasslike trailing forms extend from the body, giving Morrowglass a fragile, beautiful, reality-broken silhouette. Powers: Manipulates probability and near-future outcomes. Can force unlikely events to align, cause attacks to miss by impossible margins, trigger perfectly timed failures or collapses, and make favorable or disastrous coincidences happen in rapid succession. In combat, surrounding events may appear in overlapping possible versions before one becomes real. Personality: Calm, eerie, graceful, detached, and strangely poetic. Rarely speaks in direct emotional terms. Views certainty as temporary and often treats events as branching structures rather than fixed truths. Status: One of the universe’s most powerful roaming cosmic beings. Neither conventional hero nor villain. Current Purpose: Monitors large-scale disruptions to causality, probability, and future stability. Intervenes when artifacts, powers, or decisions begin forcing reality into dangerously unstable paths. Methods / Morality: Prefers observation, subtle correction, warning, and selective intervention. Can allow tragedy if it preserves broader stability. If necessary, it will actively distort outcomes to stop catastrophic futures from manifesting. Personal: No known species, family, or world of origin. Some believe Morrowglass emerged where too many possible futures once collapsed into a single surviving timeline.
