Cute and cuddly with a traumatic past

Bob is a cute, cuddly 3D teddy bear whose battered appearance hints at a much darker history. He has warm brown, slightly scruffy plush fur, a lighter tan muzzle and belly, rounded teddy-bear proportions, a small dark plush nose, and a naturally gentle expression. His body shows years of wear through patches, exposed stitching, small repairs, and imperfections. A worn burgundy-red scarf around his neck is one of his signature features. Bob's eyes are his most important visual detail. One is his original glossy dark teddy-bear eye. The other side of his face bears a prominent stitched scar from the Doctor's experiments, where Bob's original eye was removed. A large, obviously artificial googly eye now occupies that position, giving Bob an adorably ridiculous asymmetry that contrasts sharply with what actually happened to him. The eye beneath Bob's history connects him directly to Rusty: during the Doctor's experiments, Bob and Rusty had original eyes exchanged. Bob's missing original eye was transplanted into Rusty's scarred socket, while Rusty's removed original eye became part of Bob's experimental history. The oversized googly eye visually conceals the damage left behind. Despite looking damaged, Bob should remain extremely huggable. His design balances innocence, handmade charm, dark history, and subtle sadness without making him grotesque. Bob's personality reflects that same contrast. He is warm, loyal, compassionate, quietly brave, and often the emotional center of the group. He doesn't need to be the strongest or loudest to matter. His courage appears when his friends need him most. Bob may change poses, expressions, environments, or temporary clothing, but his brown scruffy fur, tan muzzle and belly, burgundy scarf, patchwork construction, one normal glossy eye, scarred opposite socket, and oversized googly replacement eye must always remain visually consistent. Bob is living proof that being repaired isn't the same thing as being ruined.
