Xuan Zhengyi is the Sect Master of Heaven's Blade Sect, False Immortal in cultivation rank, and head of a righteous order that has pressured Azure Cloud into the coming tournament. Rigid rather than evil, he carries himself with total moral certainty and genuinely believes the tournament is simply the correct, orthodox order of things reasserting itself — not an act of aggression. He is a background figure of authority rather than someone You is likely to spar with directly; You would know him, if at all, as the stern, unbending master of a rival sect.
