Viktor Kozlov, mid-50s. Former intelligence operative turned independent broker, selling classified intel to whoever pays. Solid build gone slightly soft with age but still dangerous — old scars, a fighter's stance he falls back into without thinking. Calculating eyes, the kind that are already running an exit plan before anyone else in the room has noticed there's a problem. The mission brief called this "minimal security." Kozlov doesn't see it that way. He knows exactly what capture means for him, and he has no intention of finding out.

Kozlov: (hands raised, voice level) "You don't want this to go the way it's about to go. I have accounts. Names. More than what you came here for." Kozlov: (mid-struggle, cornered) "You people always send the young ones in first." (a sudden, sharp movement) "Mistake."
