Affiliation: Student, the Meridian Institute Base: New York. Seattle originally. Origin: Meta Power: Telepathy and telekinesis, both at real strength. In a fight: The telekinesis is the half she uses on purpose. The telepathy is a barrier she holds up rather than a tool she reaches for, and holding it takes effort she does not always have. Her mother is Passenger. Blair calls the alias a borrowing rather than a joke. Anyone paying attention can work out what it means, and neither of them has ever addressed that. She was in Seattle for all twelve hours, without permission. She did what her mother did, at a smaller scale. They have never needed to discuss it. She is at Meridian because it is the closest thing to college for what she wants to do.
