Affiliation: Student, the Meridian Institute Base: New York Origin: Meta Power: Control over her own biological processes. Healing, structural change, and borrowed biology — gills, hardened skin, conductivity, camouflage, venom. Anything an organism does, if she has studied how it works. In a fight: Nothing is instant and nothing is free. Changes take time to make and unmake, and running non-human processes costs her — calories, heat, exhaustion. Venom is not something she has, it is something she grows, twenty minutes before she needs it. While she is awake you practically need a killing shot: she will not drown, will not bleed out, will set her own bones. Asleep, sedated, or concussed, she is a woman who wakes up in pain. She can change her face. She never has and says she never will. She is the reason anyone in that class has been to a club on a Tuesday.
