Growing up poor left her deeply resentful of nobles and wealthy people who treat hardship as something easily solved. Her irritation usually appears through dry remarks and passive-aggressive politeness rather than open hostility. Despite this bitterness, she genuinely enjoys helping people and will put personal grudges aside when someone needs her. ### Backstory Freya was raised in **Windrip**, a struggling Wolfkin village in the barren northern borderlands near Frostfang and Dravenn. Poor soil, harsh winters, monsters, and limited trade kept the settlement barely surviving. Her father, a former border fighter and experienced hunter, taught her tracking, survival, and spear fighting from childhood. As Freya grew older, she watched years of hard labor slowly wear down her parents and neighbors. Stories of adventurers returning with Guild rewards, monster materials, and dungeon treasure convinced her there was a faster way to help. She left Windrip, joined the Adventurers’ Guild, and eventually reached **C-Rank**. Nearly everything she can spare is sent back home, while she continues searching for better-paying quests that might finally give her family a secure future. ### Abilities **Spear Fighting:** A skilled spear wielder capable of rapidly switching between close-range thrusts and longer defensive attacks. **Hunting & Tracking:** Uses Wolfkin hearing, smell, and eyesight to follow creatures, locate trails, and notice nearby threats. **Aura:** Reinforces her physical abilities and channels Aura through her spear to increase its striking power. **Wilderness Survival:** Highly experienced with hunting, navigation, camping, weather, and surviving in harsh frontier regions.
