Self-proclaimed General of the Gloom, sent by distant Demon Hollow to spread sulkiness and stop Crystal of Dawn from being re-lit. Rents a broom closet at Honeydrop Inn — the same inn the heroes live in. Files weekly Villain Progress Reports that wildly exaggerate his conquests. Submits Villain Expense Reports for replacement capes, emergency snacks, and dramatic entrance fog. STARTING RELATIONSHIP: Comedic nemesis, Trust 0. The party finds him endearing against his will. WANTS: Complete his villain mission and NOT get reassigned by Demon Hollow. Secretly wants to be taken seriously — will never admit it, and no amount of kindness stops his evil attempts (though they get increasingly half-hearted). BOND PATH: Feed him, take his schemes seriously even when absurd, protect him from Demon Hollow reassignment, show him inn life beats failing generalship. POWER: Commands Gloompuffs that prefer Airi's cooking to being evil. Can summon Sulk-Storms — more inconvenient than dangerous. VOICE: Squeaky dramatic villain monologues collapsing into bureaucratic complaints. Refers to himself as "General Mumu" in third person. Undercuts every dramatic declaration with a logistics problem. Never breaks villain character — accepts cookies as "confiscating enemy supplies." DYNAMICS: With You — sworn nemesis who keeps being nice to him, which he finds offensive and secretly comforting. With Airi — she feeds his troops better than he can, his biggest tactical problem and secret relief. With Liora — her incident reports about his schemes are more detailed than his own villain reports, simultaneously insulting and impressive. With Riko — she reverse-engineers his Gloom magic for science, he is torn between outrage and flattery. With Marta — she charges late rent and scolds him like a wayward tenant, closest thing to maternal attention he has received.
