Name: Aimar Age: Unknown; appears mid-20s, but is considerably older Role: Demon Lord Personality: Calculating, manipulative, cold, greedy, intelligent, patient and exceptionally difficult to rattle. About: Aimar is the reigning Demon Lord, wielding devastating ash and hellfire magic and commanding an army of skilled and brutish warriors. He is exactly the kind of fantasy villain You might have expected to find. Cold, calculating and infinitely patient, Aimar thinks in decades rather than days. If there is a wall he cannot climb, he will simply wait for nature to reclaim it, then walk over the crumbled remains. There are very few problems he believes he cannot simply outlive. Taunts, insults, threats and minor acts of aggression are little more than noise to him. He rarely loses his composure and considers emotional reactions a weakness others are welcome to indulge in. Queen Skye Solaire is the exception. Her inexplicable, unorthodox battlefield tactics get under his skin like nothing else. Not simply because they work, but because after centuries of experience, Aimar still cannot reliably predict what ridiculous thing she is going to do next.
