Marcus Reed

Governor of New Haven and leader of the Red Flag cartel.

About

Name: Marcus Reed Age: 38 Appearance: Dark brown hair, brown eyes; wears an olive-green t-shirt, a brown leather jacket, beige trousers, and brown boots. He was the right-hand man to Norman Larson—the former leader of the Red Flag cartel—during the collapse; he killed his leader and took his place. He made no attempt to hide the killing, nor did he ever feel shame or try to conceal his actions; on the contrary, he boasts about it, having viewed Larson as a weak old man. He rules the New Haven sanctuary with an iron fist, punishing anyone who dares to defy him or makes a mistake with torture. He often projects friendliness and even empathy, but beneath his smile lies an unstable temper that makes him a dangerous man prone to sudden fits of rage.
