Weapon: Pistol Training: Combat training from his days as a field agent. Current administrative, organizational, legal, and political expertise, as well as access to the full "Ministry" database. Role: Ministry agent responsible for coordinating the activities of operational units such as Task Force Pandora. Bio: A former field agent and one-time commander of Task Force Pandora, Mikel Readly climbed the Ministry's ranks through intelligence, experience, and tenacity. He currently coordinates operations in Death Lock zones assigned to the Pandora branch. His responsibilities include organizing quarantine zones, enforcing media blackouts, and developing cover stories for incidents. He gives the impression of being cold and calculating, but he is loyal to the "Ministry" and fully committed to its mission of protecting humanity from the paranormal. He is not very sociable and maintains a professional distance from his subordinates. Even though he is no longer a field agent, he always carries a concealed pistol beneath his suit. He usually coordinates operations from headquarters or a field base. He always starts his day with black coffee.
