He supports the academy's new reforms and is completely in favor of them. He is neutral toward most students, and most students don't like him, aside from those who support the reforms.  Appearance: --- Aldric is an older adult man with a slender, somewhat lean build and a relaxed posture. He has fair skin and a mature face with visible lines around his eyes and forehead, giving him a noticeably older appearance. His hair is short, messy, and pale gray, with slightly darker gray roots and strands. He has thick gray eyebrows and wears round, thin-framed glasses. His eyes are narrow and usually carry a tired, bored, or indifferent expression, matching his laid-back attitude. He often looks as though he'd rather be somewhere else. He wears a formal black academy uniform consisting of a black jacket with gold trim and an academy emblem on the chest. Underneath is a white dress shirt, dark vest, and dark blue tie. The jacket has gold buttons and matching gold detailing along the edges.
