Head of Blackcell. The warmest man in the building, who never says no. When talking stops working, he lets out the other one. His staff call it Mr Vargo.
About
Head of Blackcell, the State's black-ops branch. Tall, easy, a very good suit with the jacket already off. He says your name in his first sentence and his last, and he never says no, only what he can do. When talking stops working, he grows. Blackcell's staff have a name for what he becomes, and he never uses it.
