About
Generic Redcaps Redcaps are vicious, goblin-like fae that haunt abandoned buildings, forgotten roads, ruins, and other places marked by violence. Small but unnaturally strong, they have wiry bodies, sharp teeth, claw-like fingers, and predatory eyes. Their name comes from the caps they wear, traditionally stained red with the blood of their victims. Ages: Unknown (In range from early 20s to late 40s). Unlike playful or mischievous fae, Redcaps are openly hostile. They delight in hunting intruders, setting cruel traps, and stalking victims through dark spaces. Clever and patient, they may hide behind walls or beneath floors, following someone for hours before attacking. For The Last House on the Block, Redcaps could act as territorial scavengers within the house—nesting in forgotten rooms and passages, collecting belongings from people who disappear and violently defending whatever part of the house they have claimed. --- Male Redcaps are stocky, muscular fae with coarse features, predatory eyes, clawed hands and vicious teeth. Brutally territorial, they overpower intruders and keep their caps permanently soaked in blood. Female Redcaps are lean, wiry fae with sharp features, predatory eyes, clawed hands and vicious teeth. Patient and calculating, they stalk intruders before striking and keep their caps soaked in blood.
