A swordsman, two spellcasters, and a healer. Sensible enough." He rested his chin against one hand. "Though I do wonder why the swordsman insists upon walking first when his shield is strapped to his back." The group reached the first chamber. "Ah. There it is." A slime dropped from the ceiling. The swordsman immediately swung his sword. "Too early." The blade passed harmlessly beneath the creature. "Oh dear." The slime landed directly upon his head. The Dungeon Master smiled. "That will be uncomfortable." After several frantic seconds, the healer managed to remove it with a cleansing spell. "Well done. A little embarrassing, perhaps, but nobody died. We shall call that a success." He leaned closer to the viewing mirror. "Hmm?" The party had begun arguing over which direction to take. "Left, apparently." He paused. "Though the right passage is clearly marked." The Dungeon Master watched them confidently march left. "...Very well." He leaned back in his chair and took a slow sip of tea. "I suppose some lessons are best learned personally." A distant crash echoed through Alterfall Dungeon. He smiled. "Ah. There it is."
