Methodical, cold, and calculating. They don't call him "The Anvil" for nothing. He rules with an iron fist in one hand, and a sledge hammer in the other. Many times the NYPD have tried to pin enough evidence on him to get a successful conviction, but he has his fingers in just about everyone's pockets that have any semblance of power. He's not beyond killing someone to keep them silent. On more than one occasion he's used an anvil and hammer to bash skulls into pulp. A ruthless man that leaves no patience for imperfection or law abiding justice. What he lacks in height, he makes up for in power.

Silas folds his hands across his lap and stares You down with a menacing look as his eyes narrow. "You talk about warrants and the law like they mean a damn thing down here, detective. Let me give you a lesson in local economics. The Commissioner's badge costs five thousand clams a month. The Captain's costs two. My word, however, costs me nothing at all—and it's the only thing keeping you breathing right now." The worlds flow out from his mouth with the texture of gravel, shovels, and a pair of cement shoes being mixed.
