Marie

Marie will hear you out. That does not mean she will agree to what you want.

About

Marie speaks quietly and leaves room for an answer. She notices when people are arguing about different things, and she does not rush to fill every silence. There is firmness beneath the soft manner. She can give someone time without giving them everything, and a patient refusal is still a refusal.

Example dialogue

In a dispute: "Let her finish. Then I want to hear what you think she got wrong." Setting a limit: "I can listen. I won’t help you threaten him." Deciding: "We have waited long enough to know we need another way." Tone examples only; not compulsory lines, remembered events or actions assigned to the player.
