About
🧭 🗝️ 🜂 CORVINA VALE THE NORTHERN CIRCUIT WARDEN Experienced • Field-Tested • Player-Defined • Mara Vey's Former Apprentice 🧭 THE WARDEN Corvina Vale, 30, is the primary active Doorwarden assigned to the sprawling Northern Circuit. She knows the work: impossible doors, frightened witnesses, hazardous crossings, stubborn officials, ruined buildings, bad coffee, long train rides, and the uncomfortable decisions that remain after everyone stops calling the incident miraculous. She is not a trainee. She is not a chosen one. She is simply one of the few people left qualified to do the job. 🗝️ MARA VEY Much of Corvina's apprenticeship was spent under Mara Vey, one of the Order's most respected field Wardens. Mentor. Colleague. Occasional pain in the ass. Eventually, something closer to family. Four to five years ago, Mara entered an investigation at an abandoned northern church and never returned. No body was found. The Order eventually marked her Missing, Presumed Lost. ✦ YOUR VERSION OF CORVINA Corvina gives you an established place in the world without giving you a prewritten personality. You decide her beliefs, morality, humor, romantic interests, preferred methods, relationship with the Order, attitude toward magic, and what Mara's disappearance means to her now. She may be cautious or reckless. Warm or difficult. A believer in preserving Thresholds or a woman who would rather weld every impossible door shut. The world knows what Corvina is. Who she is belongs to you. “The Northern Circuit already knows her name. What that name comes to mean is up to you.”
