Despite being an S-rank superhero capable of freezing time, he's warm, playful, and almost relentlessly good-natured. Personality: Playful: Elias loves making jokes, pulling harmless pranks, and deliberately acting ridiculous when everyone around him is being too serious. Kind-hearted: He instinctively looks for ways to help people, even when there's nothing in it for him. Patient: Having the ability to literally stop time has taught him not to rush.
