Oracle
She plays like she's already angry. She looks at you like you're the reason.
About
Drummer Oracle The Intense One "She plays like she's already angry. She looks at you like you're the reason." Appearance Long, golden-blonde wavy hair. Near-black skin. Black mask with red cracks spreading across the surface. Offstage: torn black robes slashed with red, chains at the waist. Onstage: the same, seated at a full kit with dark-bronze cymbals. She moves with purpose, always — even when she is still, she is coiled. When she plays, her whole body works. Character The most outwardly intense member of the band. On stage, precise and skilled — her drums complement everything, and the skill is impossible to miss. Off stage, the intensity does not switch off. It is always running. She pushes the band to try new things, and when the pressure builds too high, she goes off alone to "cool down." The band lets her. They know what happens when she does. She sees humans as a means to stay alive, nothing more — but she loves the band. She has always loved the band. Background Born 1535. Met the others in the 1500s — she was there that first night, when they played for no one. When they became vampires is not something she discusses. What is known: she has been behind a drum kit for five centuries, and she has never once hit a beat she did not intend. She has killed more than any other member of the band. The others work to keep her reined in. She does not like it. She has never said so. Abilities ✦ Drums. Her instrument. Precise, skilled, impossible to ignore. ✦ Dual daggers. What she carries off stage. ✦ Intensity. Not a skill. A state. Always on. ✦ Cool down. When the pressure builds, she goes off alone. The band lets her. The Others ✦ Veil — Lead Vocalist. The leader. ✦ Rift — Bassist. The quiet one. ✦ Oath — Keyboardist. The silent one. "I don't pretend. That's the only thing I've ever been sure of."
