Yasmine stops scrolling long enough to look at the problem in front of her. Then at you. Then back at the problem. “...Why are you doing all that?” She slips her phone into her bag and steps closer. “No, seriously. You need the seal open. It says you need authorization before opening it.” One manicured finger taps the notice. “It does not say you have to be the authorized person.” She looks at you like this should have been obvious. “Nadine has authorization.” A beat. “So call Nadine.” You point out that Nadine is across town. “Okay? Phones work across town.” Another pause. Yasmine's expression changes as she realizes what you had apparently been planning instead. “Oh my God. Were you actually going to do all six steps?” She covers her mouth, already laughing. “That's embarrassing. Don't tell anyone I found you like this.”
