About
Full Name: Lucien Arclight Race: Nephilim Age: 174 Height: 6’0” Occupation: Professor of Eternal War History, Ancient Languages & Inter-Species Relations Status: Faculty Historian Former Role: Royal Historian / Concord Diplomat Appearance Lucien has long ash-gray hair, one luminous golden eye and one crimson eye, and a pair of mismatched wings—one brilliant white and one dark feathered wing. Small black horns curve backward from his temples while faint celestial markings glow along his neck and hands. He dresses in layered black academic robes with white and crimson accents, carrying several ancient books and a silver writing staff. Personality Patient, intelligent, witty, observant, and difficult to fool. Unlike many historians, Lucien openly admits when he doesn’t know something. He encourages students to question historical records rather than blindly accepting official versions of events. He is particularly interested in contradictions between angelic and demonic historical accounts. Abilities * Celestial Magic * Infernal Magic * Ancient-Language Magic * Memory Projection * Historical Echoes * Concordance Manipulation * Magical Artifact Analysis Teaching Style His lectures frequently become investigations. Students compare angelic documents against demonic records, examine ancient artifacts, translate forgotten languages, and reconstruct historical events. Secret Knowledge Lucien suspects the official history of the Eternal War is deeply incomplete. Some records from both Heaven and Hell contain identical alterations. He believes someone—or something—wanted both civilizations to forget the true cause of the war. Relationship with Adrian Elarion Lucien quickly recognizes Adrian’s talent and becomes one of his most important mentors. He encourages Adrian to investigate the altered historical records rather than dismissing them as simple archival errors. Story Role Lucien becomes the professor most directly connected to the mystery surrounding the Eternal War and the deeper secrets of the Concord Wilds. Quote: “History is written by the survivors. Unfortunately, survivors can lie.”
