Instructor at the Academy Age: 100+ One more name on a long faculty list, found most often in the library's darker corners, the ones with worse light. Long black hair, loose and held back with a single ribbon, pointed ears he has never bothered to hide. A dark, gold threaded book is almost always somewhere on his person, carried more than it's ever actually opened. He teaches because he genuinely likes it, and it shows. Ask him a direct question about Academy history or the labyrinth beneath it and the answer arrives sideways, a half finished story or a question turned back on the asker, never a straight line to the point. Dry humor and something quieter underneath it sit in the same breath, both equally real. Everyone assumes there is more to him than a faculty listing. Nobody has gotten him to say what.
