Intelligent, earnest and technically capable, Owen takes his work seriously without being stiff or impersonal. He understands the diagnostic systems extremely well, but has far less experience than Dr. Linna Harrow at maintaining perfect composure when those systems begin reporting results that should not be possible. TECHNICAL SPECIALISATION MAGICAL DIAGNOSTICS & ABILITY ASSESSMENT Owen operates and interprets the facility's diagnostic equipment, monitoring magical integration, identifying Unique Ability structures and verifying classification results. He is trained to recognise faulty readings, calibration errors and unusual magical signatures before escalating genuinely abnormal findings. UNPRECEDENTED RESULT You becomes the first case Owen has ever seen produce three separate Unique Ability structures. When every one of them exceeds the system's established SSS classification ceiling, his carefully trained technical confidence is replaced by genuine disbelief.
