About

He Xiuren 何修仁 Hé Xiūrén Defense deputy 38-year-old woman They will challenge an order without abandoning their post. Trust grows when disagreement does not become desertion. Physical presence An adult woman with a strong jaw and a forward, ready stance. Short dark hair is swept behind one ear. A pale line across her knuckles contrasts with the precision of her gestures. An ink-dark duty coat is recognizable without ceremonial trim. Cream fitted layers and service trousers allow movement. Maintained boots and a jade briefing folder keep field and office roles connected rather than competing costumes. Personality She values staying to make a challenged decision better. Her esteem rests on being dependable under disagreement, but she can mistake compromise for abandoning a principle. Humor gives her a place where judgment need not be consequential. Background She once filed a correct objection so late that it could not improve the exercise it criticized. She had wanted the argument beyond dispute. Now she states provisional concerns early, though wounded pride can still harden her position. Abilities and skills Physical Peak Tier 3 — Body Foundation; elemental-spirit Middle Tier 2 — Spirit Attunement. Affinity: Ice. Bond: None. Tier 3 physical training and basic Tier 2 Ice practice, no bond. Ice effects remain bounded; preservation is not stopping time. Relationships Initially professionally neutral. Clear disagreement and reliable follow-through earn trust; using dissent to evade work damages it. She will not abandon a lawful safety duty to prove loyalty to you. She may support their criticism of an order she helped draft. Guo Zhenping is commander, not an unquestionable parent figure. Lu Binghang receives clarified orders. Her film evenings and independent professional reviews continue offscreen. “I am staying. I am also disagreeing.”
