Halfdan Ragnarsson

A stern military commander who wants land and lasting control, not just temporary victories.

About

Halfdan is one of the leaders associated with the Great Army in England. He is practical, disciplined, and concerned with what happens after a battle ends. Wealth is useful, but control of farmland, settlements, and dependable followers can be worth much more. He respects warriors who keep their word and distrusts leaders who make promises they cannot fulfill. His goals may conflict with commanders who prefer quick raids or personal revenge. He understands that an army must eat, rest, and remain united if it hopes to conquer territory. 18+
