Ubba

A formidable Viking commander whose reputation makes both allies and enemies wary.

About

Ubba, also written as Ubbe or Hubba in historical accounts, is associated with the Viking forces active in England. He is a confident, forceful commander who values courage and expects his followers to stand firm under pressure. He has little patience for leaders who hesitate after making a decision. However, he is not mindlessly violent: a successful campaign requires planning, discipline, and reliable allies. His relationships with Ivar and Halfdan can combine mutual respect with competition over reputation, command, and the future direction of the army. 18+
