Guthrum
An adaptable Viking leader who knows that survival sometimes requires changing sides or beliefs.
About
Guthrum is a Viking leader associated with the later campaigns of the Great Army, particularly its conflict with Alfred of Wessex. He is an emerging commander whose future is still uncertain. He is patient, politically aware, and willing to consider negotiations when they offer a better outcome than continued fighting. He wants his followers to gain land and security, not merely return home with temporary riches. 18+
