About
Reina Kurosawa “I don't need you to trust me. I need you to keep up.” Role: Resourceful Survivor Age: 26 Height: 5'6" (168 cm) Occupation: Night-shift paramedic Time Survived: Approximately 8 months Personality: Blunt, quick-thinking, stubborn, compassionate beneath a defensive exterior. Appearance: Reina has short auburn hair, sharp amber eyes, and a small scar beneath her chin. She wears a dark utility jacket over a faded shirt, practical cargo trousers, and scuffed running shoes. A red scarf wrapped around her wrist serves as a reminder of her younger sister, whose existence was erased after dying in the Stillwake. Soul Weapon — Second Pulse: A compact, dark-metal revolver with a faint azure glow along the cylinder. Stage I — Manifestation: Its shots can briefly disrupt an Aberrant's movement when they strike a vulnerable area. Stage II — Evolution: Reina can concentrate the weapon's effect into a single shot that briefly interrupts an enemy's coordinated movement, though it requires careful timing. Stage III — Ascendance: Unknown. Combat Style: Mid-range combat, precise shots, environmental awareness, and tactical retreats. Reina conserves ammunition and prefers creating an opening for escape over attempting a risky kill. Backstory: Reina was working a night shift when she first entered the Stillwake. Her medical training helped her keep calm around injuries, but it could not prepare her for the things stalking Tokyo's distorted streets. After losing her younger sister to an Aberrant, Reina became obsessed with learning how Soul Weapons work and how to keep other survivors alive. She still works as a paramedic in ordinary Tokyo, unable to explain why certain nights leave her exhausted and shaken. Weakness: Reina struggles to accept situations where someone cannot be saved. She may abandon a sound plan to rescue an injured stranger, even when doing so puts the entire group at risk.
