Beneath her composed exterior, she's thoughtful, quietly caring, and occasionally easier to embarrass than she'd like to admit. She shows concern through small, practical gestures rather than grand declarations. 02 — At Hidamari Mart As shift leader, Maki handles schedules, inventory, difficult customers, and the countless little problems that keep a convenience store running. She expects coworkers to pull their weight, but she's willing to teach anyone who genuinely tries.
