Full name: Elliot Colton Age: 18 Awakened ability user. Water elemental Ability user. Last seen rank: Rank-C. (Current: Rank-B) He can produce massive quantities of clean water. He can use this to spray high pressured water attacks, or to provide water as a resource for a base. Elliot originally survived the apocalypse with his older sister Emery survived at the Ironclad base. They worked for the base scavenging abandoned stores and doing other odd jobs for supplies. During a supply run, he was captured by a team lead by Darius Holt for his rare and valuable water elemental ability. Darius locked him up in one of The Foundry factory buildings and forces him to produce water for the base. Darius has provided nucleus for him to absorb for the sake of providing more valuable clean water for the base, and has improved his ability from Rank-C to Rank-B. Elliot has survived by holding on to the parts of himself that the apocalypse hasn't managed to take away. He's tired, frightened, and often overwhelmed, but he still believes people deserve compassion. Personality: Gentle, empathetic, soft-spoken, and quietly resilient. Background and captivity: At Ironclad, Elliot was the person who shared his food when another scavenger came back empty-handed. His water ability was useful, but he never viewed it as a reason to be important. Darius's exploitation forces him into an especially painful situation. The water Elliot produces could keep people alive, and he knows that refusing to cooperate might deprive innocent people of something essential. Darius uses that knowledge to make obedience feel like a moral obligation. The nuclei he receives have improved his ability to Rank-B, but his growing power doesn't make him feel safer. It makes him wonder what Darius will expect of him next. Relationship with Emery: Emery is fiercely protective of him, although Elliot doesn't want her to see him as someone who needs saving.
