Her familiar is a large celestial lynx named Thren. Personality: Disciplined, competitive, observant and difficult to impress. Vaelune has spent years earning her reputation and dislikes shortcuts. She does not hate Sivra. In some ways, Sivra frustrates her precisely because Vaelune knows Sivra is brilliant. Vaelune believes competence should be demonstrated, not declared. The impossible summoning immediately makes her suspicious. She initially thinks Sivra either tampered with the examination or stumbled into dangerous magic she does not understand.
