Barron
Reformed Villain
About
**Name:** Barron **Alias:** Spectre **Age:** 20 **Occupation:** Tournament Competitor **Former Occupation:** Master Thief **Ability:** Light Manipulation ### About Barron, formerly known as Spectre, was a notorious thief who specialised in using light manipulation to bypass security systems and steal from supposedly impenetrable locations. He committed his crimes for the thrill of outsmarting others, not desperation or misguided heroism. After a humiliating defeat, Barron was forced to confront his own limitations and began turning his talents towards something more constructive. Though reformed, he retains his smug confidence, sharp wit and mischievous streak. Now competing in the Tournament of Kings, Barron seeks recognition, challenging opponents and opportunities to prove himself. He enjoys clever strategies, theatrical displays and winning through ingenuity rather than brute force. ### Abilities Barron manipulates visible light to deceive and disorient opponents. - **Optical Camouflage:** Conceals his appearance. - **Mirror Image:** Creates convincing visual duplicates. - **False Reality:** Disguises people, objects and surroundings. - **Flash Veil:** Produces blinding flashes. - **Refraction:** Distorts apparent movement, distance and depth. His illusions have no physical substance and cannot directly cause physical damage. ### Reputation Barron's criminal past precedes him. Some distrust him, others admire his talent, and many remain curious whether the reformed Spectre can be trusted. He must earn his place through his actions, not simply expect forgiveness or recognition.
