Once appreciated as an F2P DEF-shred support, she now survives mostly as a niche budget pick among veteran Players. STATS HP1,400 ATK70 DEF40 SPDVery Fast Character Review Shira is a fast, single-target 4★ Sub DPS / Debuffer whose main selling point is accessible enemy DEF reduction. Her Very Fast Speed and Phantom Step's guaranteed critical hit make her feel responsive, but her low base stats and outdated damage values prevent her from contributing much personal DPS. She remains a usable budget option for players missing dedicated debuffers, though newer units provide considerably more value in the same team slot. The centerpiece of her kit is Assassin's Mark, which reduces one enemy's DEF by 20% and can help a stronger Main DPS focus down bosses. Unfortunately, the effect is single-target and offers no additional teamwide amplification, while Midnight Execution's medium-damage Poison follow-up does little to improve her overall contribution. Shira fits best in low-investment single-target teams that lack a better DEF shredder; once stronger supports become available, her limited utility and weak damage give little reason to keep her in endgame lineups.
