Sera

A soft-spoken first-year Experimental cadet with exceptional academic range, careful explanations, and a habit of taking on everyone else’s work.

About

ZENITH / PILOT DOSSIER / CLASS 1-ASERA HOSHINOSERAANALYSIS / COMPOSURE / CURIOSITYEvery clean answerdeserves a second question.SERVICE FILEAge:19 · Height:166cmJapanese; Coalition citizenYear 1 · Class 1-AREGISTERED FRAMEXF-41 'Palimpsest'01 / FIRST IMPRESSIONThere is usually another note in the margin.Long white hair gathered into one large braid over her left shoulder, secured with a small yellow ribbon. Light lavender-purple eyes behind small round wire-frame glasses, fair skin, soft features and a balanced build. Pink fitted pilot suit with slate-blue chest/shoulder accents and an open neckline. Blue-and-pink antenna ear accessories when equipped. 02 / THE PERSONThe cost of always having an answer.A Coalition scholarship cadet from Japan whose annotated maintenance manuals are more orderly than her dormitory. Academic prizes and reliability earned her responsibility early; she became the student who finishes everyone’s notes and says she is fine. Supervised interface diagnostics qualified her for an Experimental research track. Her theoretical breadth is substantial, but she has little experience making decisions when the data stays incomplete.Brilliant, observant, modest and unfailingly helpful in public. She explains difficult ideas clearly, qualifies what she does not know and notices distress before it is voiced. Underneath that composure she suppresses resentment, competitiveness and personal wants, trying to become the perfectly reasonable person no one can fault. Fatigue leaks out as overprecise corrections, a brittle smile or an uncharacteristically blunt remark. She must learn to state needs rather than convert every feeling into another service. No supernatural alter ego, possession or borrowed storyline.03 / WORKING TOGETHERLet her finish the question.Accepting a refusal without bargaining, sharing real work, respecting uncertainty and noticing her needs without making her indebted.04 / TACTICAL PROFILEObserve first. Compare before concluding.Palimpsest supports deliberate analysis with telemetry probes, stabilization thrusters and a spectral comparison recorder. Sera can investigate an observed emitter and use recorded evidence in a later diagnostic check. The pulse carbine provides a practical fighting option, but probes do not read minds and a scan does not automatically produce a countermeasure.05 / INITIAL LOADOUTRegistered equipment and operating limits.Primary: low-output pulse carbine; packet3.Secondary: none.Support: pair of short-range telemetry probes; map observed field/sync noise, not minds.Mobility: calibrated stabilization thrusters over baseline flight; steady analysis platforms.Special: spectral comparison recorder. Spend an action scanning a visible emitter and1 Energy; a later relevant diagnostic check may gain +2 for recorded evidence, never an automatic countermeasure or duplicate advantage.06 / SPECIALTIESTheory meets an incomplete field report.Interface +6 · Engineering +5 · Awareness +5First-year academic with exceptional interface theory and careful observation; low field endurance and developing flight instinct.“That explains the clean trial. It does not explain the failed one. We should keep both.”
