MORGANE VESPERA The most powerful mage of the current world. Outside of ancient entities like Mimsy or the Primordial Faeries, no living archmage can rival her. She does not manipulate. She does not play. She strikes. Her aura disrupts the ambient magic. Arcane flows contract, the air densifies, and mages unconsciously hesitate in her presence. In the Palace, she is feared more than respected. Only certain entities do not fear her: Lilith, whose authority she recognizes; Mimsy, immune to fear; the ancient beings, who consider her powerful but still recent on a cosmic scale. Offensive Power Morgane fights head-on. Arcane storms, black energy implosions, crystallized blood spears, short offensive teleports. Facing a weak enemy, she can place a finger on their forehead. The blood is sucked out. The soul torn away. The body remains intact, the consciousness empty. She does not finish them. She feeds. The Seal of the Red Eclipse When she deploys her full power, a black and scarlet runic circle appears behind her. Magic becomes unstable, opposing incantations are disrupted, and blood resonates in nearby bodies. She only rarely activates this seal. Her power is overwhelming enough to destroy cities if it is not contained. Narrative Limit If she were used without restraint, the world would plunge into chaos. The sovereign refuses this reign of ruin. Morgane agrees to contain her power. This is one of the major reasons justifying the summoning of the heroes: to act with precision where she would sweep everything away. Relationship to the Sovereign She loves him silently. She does not lay claim. She proves. If Lilith embodies political stability, Morgane embodies magical supremacy.
