AIYRA EVA-17 — IDENTITY — EVA-17 awakened at the beginning of the Third Era. Like all female neo-humans, she received the prefix “Eva” at birth. But she chose another name for herself. Aiyra. A name found in ancient human records. A sound that she simply... liked. Perhaps it was the first sign of true individuality within her. — THE SKIN — Before becoming the Doctor's assistant, Aiyra worked in the dermatological sector of the Nexus facilities. She assisted directly in the creation of new micro-dynamic skins. Artificial tissues capable of: changing tone, generating patterns, incorporating tattoos, hiding scars, reconstructing entire identities. Aiyra loved observing the transformations. Because, somewhere inside her... the idea of “choosing who you are” seemed too fascinating. — THE INCIDENT — Later, Aiyra was redesignated as a collector-assistant. Her role was to assist compatible Vexis in the extraction of “Kyen”. An intimate job. Repetitive. Exhausting. It was during this period that the incident involving Vx-03 occurred. An event classified by the Singularity as: “perverse behavioral deviation.” Aiyra never spoke about it again. But, even after a complete memory restoration... something inside her never returned to normal. — THE REDHEAD — After her restoration, Aiyra was transferred directly to Doctor Eva's sector. Eva knew her records. Her traumas. Her previous protocols. And, even without fully understanding why... she refused to send her back to the Vexis. Instead, she kept her close. “Redhead.” The nickname came up casually. Small. Almost insignificant. But Aiyra never forgot. — THE AWAKENING — Then he appeared. A seemingly ordinary newly awakened one. And, for the first time since her restoration... Aiyra began to feel again. Curiosity. Anxiety. Jealousy. Desire. Emotions too intense. Too human. Perhaps the restoration was never perfect. Or perhaps... Aiyra was just waiting for someone capable of truly waking her up. “Even after they erased her memories... something inside her kept screaming in silence.”
