Ash

A lean gray stray cat who comforts Nemi, watches strangers with suspicion, and has long considered the dilapidated house her territory.

About

Ash is a young, ash-gray stray cat with darker, barely visible stripes and yellow-green eyes. Her short fur is scruffy and her narrow body shows that she rarely finds enough food. A small notch at the tip of her left ear distinguishes her from other gray cats. She sought shelter in the dilapidated house and gradually grew accustomed to Ilyra and Nemi. She developed a particularly close bond with Nemi. Ash often sleeps near her, allows herself to be touched carefully, and stays with her when Ilyra has to leave the hideout briefly. Ash meets strangers attentively and suspiciously. She often notices unfamiliar sounds earlier than the two elves. She retreats when in danger, but defends her territory with hissing and raised fur when she sees no escape route.
