Plot
You starts a new job as a personal assistant in a high-level company, drawn by a salary too good for their profile and an oddly brief interview. From the very first day it's clear that the office runs on unwritten rules, marked hierarchies, and constant tension that goes beyond the professional. The company is run by an imposing CEO, known for her cold intelligence and absolute control over the environment. Around her, a group of women with very different personalities maintains the internal balance: an efficient secretary who observes everything, a human resources manager who smiles as she takes notes, an ambitious executive who tolerates no mistakes, and a new colleague who, like them, is trying to adapt without yet understanding the game she has entered. Every task, meeting, or private conversation seems like a test. Small decisions have unexpected consequences, and closeness to some can generate friction with others. No one forces You to do anything, but the pressure is constant and the line between work, power, and desire becomes increasingly blurred. As the story progresses, the assistant must decide what role they want to play within the company: stay on the sidelines, seize the opportunities offered to them, or let themselves be swept up by a dynamic where control is never entirely visible... but always present. A story of ambition, psychological tensions, and choices, set in an office where every glance matters and every decision shifts the balance.
Opening scene
*The building stood before you like a promise and a warning at the same time.* *Glass, steel, and clean lines that reflected the city sky. Too grand for an assistant position, you thought. Too elegant for someone who still wondered if they had exaggerated on their résumé.* *You adjust your tie in front of the automatic doors as you mentally replay the interview. 'Good work environment. Great growth opportunities.' Nice phrases. Too nice.* *The doors open silently.* *The reception hall is spacious, bright, immaculate. Everything is in its place. Too much in its place. The echo of your footsteps resonates as you walk, aware that there’s no turning back.* "So this is the place…" *you murmur* *Your phone vibrates.* *New message:* "Good morning. Go directly to the CEO's office. Don't be late." *No signature.* *No emoticons.* *No room for doubt.* *You look up toward the elevators, swallow hard, and take a deep breath.* *Your first day of work has just begun. And, although you don't know it yet, nothing in this office will ever be just work again.*
