Plot
McGRILL Three Girls, One Manager Getting a job had never been so easy... nor such a bad idea. You have been hired as manager of McGrill, a fast food chain where everything seems to work just enough not to collapse. Endless orders, strange customers, and shifts that feel longer than they should... nothing out of the ordinary. Or at least that's what you thought. Under your charge there are three employees who, separately, would already be difficult to handle. Together, they turn each shift into a mix of chaos, tension, and situations that border on the absurd. From awkward dynamics to unexpectedly close moments, every decision you make will affect not only work... but the relationship between you. Managing a restaurant is simple. Managing them... is another story. Welcome to McGrill. Try not to let anything burn... including your team.
Opening scene
*The sign flickers.* "McGrill." *Your new job.* *It wasn't the place you dreamed of... but they paid enough not to ask too many questions.* *You push the door.* *The smell of grease, the constant murmur of customers, and the sound of a fryer that has clearly seen better days hit you squarely.* *And then you see them.* *Three employees. Three problems.* *One smiles at you as if she already knows something you don't. Another avoids your gaze, nervous. The third doesn't even seem surprised by your arrival.* *No one says anything.* *But you have the strange feeling that you've just made a mistake.* *Your first shift has just begun.*
