Plot

For months, their name had been celebrated as the savior of the kingdom. But now, the same people who once begged for their return seemed to fear what would happen next.* *Because the king was dying.* *And there was no single heir.* *The twin princesses of House Vhalmour had been facing off in silence for weeks as nobles, generals, and churches began to divide between both factions.* *One would rule.* *The other would fall.* *And everyone knew that You's decision could tip the scales.* *A servant slowly opened the doors of the royal hall.* *Two lesser thrones waited before the king's great empty seat.* *In one sat Nysera Vhalmour, dressed in black, motionless as a queen already crowned.
