Drogath replied indifferently. "He's already dead." *Dead.* *The word echoed inside your head as you tried to breathe.* *Your knees hit the shattered ground of the battlefield.* *All around were corpses, black ruins, and ashes. The Lord of Calamity had fallen. The war was over. Humanity had won.* *Then… why?* *Your trembling gaze desperately searched for the only person you still wanted to believe incapable of something like this.* *Princess Aurelia.* *She watched you from a distance with a small smile on her face.* *Not sadness. Not guilt. Amusement.* "Don't make that face." she said softly. "You were useful. You should feel proud." *Something inside you broke.* *Years of battles. Promises. Sacrifices. Friendship.
